Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://hydroforcelancaster.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Hydro Force reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Hydro Force markets and arranges Junk Removal Service, Pressure Washing Service, Lawn Care, Furniture Removal, Rental Property Cleanouts. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Hydro Force or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Hydro Force may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Hydro Force disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. Hydro Force is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hydro Force from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by PA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in PA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
